1. Shipping time and handling
   All orders will be processed and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (holidays may be postponed).
   In case of inventory shortage or delay during peak hours, we will notify you proactively by email (mitard@childrenersx.com) and provide the estimated shipping time.
2. Delivery range and logistics
   Shipment location: All goods are dispatched from the warehouse in Latvia, covering global distribution (some countries/regions may be subject to customs restrictions).
   Logistics partners: We cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to ensure the safety and reliability of transportation.
3. Transportation timeliness and tracking
   European region: Usually delivered within 7 to 15 working days (including customs clearance time).
   Other regions: It takes 15 to 30 working days (depending on the efficiency of the destination customs).
   After shipment, you will receive a tracking email containing the logistics tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package in real time.
4. Tariffs and Import Duties
   International orders may incur customs duties, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
   It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays.
5. Lost or damaged package
   In case of any problem during transportation, please provide photos and a description to mitard@childrenersx.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt. We will assist in claiming compensation or reissuing.
