- Policy Overview
Due to the special hygiene and safety characteristics of children’s products (such as direct contact with skin, mouth, etc.), we do not support returns or refunds, including but not limited to the following situations:
Unopened or used goods (such as toys, tableware, clothing, etc.);
Return or exchange requests made by customers due to their subjective reasons (such as changes in color/size preferences, wrong purchases, etc.);
Special offer items or clearance items in promotional activities. - Exceptions
If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (mitard@childrenersx.com) within 24 hours after signing for receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
Transportation damage (damaged outer packaging, obvious deformation of the goods);
The product is seriously inconsistent with the description (such as missing functions or incorrect materials);
Received incorrect goods (not items in your order).
We will provide you with an exchange or compensation plan depending on the situation. - Precautions
Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Customized products (such as engraved toys and personalized gifts) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
